Terms and Conditions
Please email any questions or concerns to madalicejewellery@bigpond.com and we will respond to your queries. We are available by phone Mondays to Fridays 9am-5pm, your calls will be answered or returned. Emails can be made anytime and our online store is open 24 hours 7 days a week.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Postage
Postage is complimentary within Australia. Packages are sent by Registered Post which requires a signature on collection. All International deliveries are made through Australia Post and are subject to postage charges. We will advise you of the charges before shipping.
Delivery
Each piece of Mad Alice Jewellery is lovingly created by hand. Please allow 14 working days on receipt of full payment for your order to be dispatched.
Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your new jewellery. However, if it is not quite right for you Mad Alice Jewellery is happy to offer a no quibble return or exchange service*. Please email to authorise your exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
* Returns of personalised hand stamped products are not possible except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the jewellery.
Privacy Policy
